I had a few days to go through the free report, given by Justin and my review is simply this ..

Basically, his report is an up-to-date presentation of the technique of list building and how you can profit from that method.
The report is FREE, but could easily be worth at least USD 49 dollars.
Now, you might be tempted to just ask me for a copy, but on the terms of its use, I cannot distribute the report freely. You have to get your copy. :-)
